Scott is the founder, owner, and broker-in-charge of Evergreen Real Estate Company. Originally from upstate New York, he moved to Charlotte in 2007 to earn his MBA in real estate from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. Given that Charlotte is such a transient City and new clients are moving here all of the time, Scott understands some of the challenges newer residents face in the Charlotte market.
His company, Evergreen Real Estate, offers a variety of real estate sales and services throughout the Greater Charlotte area. Scott has been involved with buying and selling real estate full time since 2004 and has been able to lead Evergreen Real Estate to become a top client focused realty company in Greater Charlotte.
Flourishing Career
Scott grew up around real estate; his father has been a commercial broker for over 20 years, and his mother is a licensed South Carolina Realtor. At the age of 16, he went into partnership with his parents on a duplex house. They traded it for a REO (Real Esate Owned) IPO (Initial Public Offering) 2 years later for a 150% gain on the house. At the age of 18 he purchased a HUD duplex house, rehabbed it, and sold the home three years later for approximately a 200% gain. Over the years he have since accumluated several properties in the greater Charlotte market.
Since moving to Charlotte in 2007, Scott have had the privilage of working with clients throughout the greater Charlotte area buy and sell their homes, from first time home buyers to investors to couples entering retirement, Scott have truely come to love what he does!
Scott has quickly become one of the top real estate agents in Charlotte by saving buyers thousands and helping sellers achieve top prices!
